Luxury products giant LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) has reached an agreement to acquire a 70%, controlling stake in Sack’s, a Brazilian online retailer of fragrances, cosmetics and toiletries.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
