I’m starting to like 2K Games more and more. First, they launch the incredibly fun Borderlands. Then, they proceed to make mountains of DLC, in a market where most companies prefer to sell what should be DLC as a whole new game (I’m looking at you, Left4Dead2). So if you haven’t bought Borderlands, you should. If you already have it, get ready for more – the Robolution… → Read More
Once you pick this game up, there “ain’t no rest for the wicked.” We all really enjoyed Borderlands here at CrunchGear, and here’s your chance to pick up your own copy for $25 at Steam. That’s 50% off, and one hell of a deal. Go. Now. You can thank me later. → Read More
http://cdn2.themis-media.com/media/global/movies/player/flowplayer.commercial-3.1.5.swf Personally, I loved Borderlands but Yahtzee clearly doesn’t share my enthusiasm. I found the game fresh, exciting, and all around fun, but I do agree with the analogy to Jason and all the little Jason aliens. → Read More
Yeah, this is likely the best thing you’ll watch today. That is, of course, if Borderlands stole the last few months from you. → Read More

http://www.giantbomb.com/video/video.swf Play Borderlands. You’ll love it and the fact that Gearbox Software keeps releasing modest-sized expansions rocks. The last one, Dr. Ned’s Zombie Island, provided me with a weekend of fun and the next one previewed above, looks just as great. So sit back and watch the teaser trailer for Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot. Then go play Borderlands. → Read More
Everyone, I beat Borderlands on the PC over the weekend. It’s a fantastic game and I highly recommend it although the end boss was a joke against my high-powered sniper rifle. But it looks like I’m not done yet. IGN got some playtime on the $10 DLC expansion and it looks fantastic. Zombies! The DLC Zombie Island of Dr. Ned is coming out on November 24 for the 360 and PS3 with the PC version… → Read More
In a recent interview, Mike Neumann from Gearbox software was asked about DLC and the possibility of a Borderlands 2. And while Gearbox was pretty vague about the future of the franchise, I sincerely doubt that any game that has been selling so well that we’re seeing shortages, won’t have a sequel. → Read More
I may have been a little harsh on the Borderlands demo I was given at E3, but what do you expect when they show you Bioshock before hand? Anyway, here’s the trailer and it’s well put together, but most trailers are. We’ll be on the look out for gameplay footage and you can be the judge. → Read More
Bioshock This isn’t a press conference, but I’m hearing about a whole new slew of games from 2K. I missed the beginning of the Bioshock demo, but it looks like there will be DLC very soon. Challenge rooms are the hot new item where you can solve a series of puzzles to unlock trophies. The demo I saw required the player to help a little sister get off of a ferris wheel using telekinesis… → Read More
