Mobile video advertising startup Transpera has completed its Series C financing round, totaling $9 million. The round was led by BlackBerry Partners Fund, an independent venture capital firm that works in collaboration with Research In Motion and backs companies focused on building and selling applications, services and supporting infrastructure for mobile computing.
Mobile video advertising startup Transpera has raised $2 million in funding according to an SEC filing. The company most recently raised $8.25 million in 2008, which was accompanied by an undisclosed amount in Series A financing received in July 2007.
Transpera will later today announce it has secured a second round of funding to the tune of $8.25 million on top of an undisclosed amount in Series A financing it received in July 2007.
