RadiumOne

RadiumOne

Founded in 2009 by Gurbaksh Chahal, RadiumOne is an advertising platform that covers online, video, social and mobile advertising using real-time bidding. It uses data from social interactions on sites like Twitter and Facebook to deliver unique purchase predictions for clients, connecting brands to their next customers.

In April 2014, CEO Gurbaksh Chahal pled guilty to domestic violence battery and was fired from the company, replaced by Bill Lonergan. Chahal vowed to sue the company, but a joint statement issued by RadiumOne and Chahal suggests they resolved the dispute. As a result, RadiumOne was dropped as a sponsor for TechCrunch Disrupt.
