Founded in 2009 by Gurbaksh Chahal, RadiumOne is an advertising platform that covers online, video, social and mobile advertising using real-time bidding. It uses data from social interactions on sites like Twitter and Facebook to deliver unique purchase predictions for clients, connecting brands to their next customers.
Using information about consumers behavior, actions and interests, RadiumOne helps marketers activate consumer engagement with relevant, tailored offers and ads across a variety of devices, locations and screens. The RadiumOne Enterprise Platform is a software-as-a-service that enables advertisers to run programmatic buying initiatives across digital channels. The platform provides transparency and control, as well as powerful insights for marketers and publishers.
In April 2014, CEO Gurbaksh Chahal pled guilty to domestic violence battery and was fired from the company. Chahal responded with a vow to sue the company, but a joint statement issued by RadiumOne and Chahal suggests they resolved the dispute. As a consequence of these events, RadiumOne was dropped as a sponsor for TechCrunch Disrupt. Chahal was replaced by Bill Lonergan.
As of 2014, RadiumOne had offices across the US, Europe, and Australia.
