The mystery product rumored and outed as the Arc Mouse Touch has been spotted again in some new pictures — this time in more real-world locations. How are these getting out? Is someone hacking deep into Microsoft’s databases? Monitoring email? Van Eck phreaking?! Oh… it turns out Microsoft has the pictures up on their retail partners site.

Nothing further to say, really. Here are the new shots, in case MS gets wise and takes down their publicly accessible images of an unreleased and unacknowledged product.
