Disrupt is a 3-day conference focused on breaking technology news and developments with big-name thought leaders who are making waves in the industry. At the heart of Disrupt lies Startup Alley, the startup exhibition hall, where hundreds of early-stage startups showcase their latest developments. Driving the pulse of the conference is Startup Battlefield, where 15-20 early-stage companies battle-it-out for a $100,000 grand prize. Throughout the event are activations, workshops, and parties that drive networking and discovery within the tech ecosystem.

Pick up your badge at Moscone West on Tuesday, September 4 from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm and avoid the lines on Wednesday. Please have your ticket printed or on your mobile phone along with a government issued photo ID.

WeWork will be hosting a welcome reception from 5:30pm – 7:30pm on Tuesday, September 4 at their WeWork Montgomery station. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. RSVP for the welcome reception here.

At registration, please have your attendee ticket printed/on your mobile phone along with a government-issued photo ID. Attendee Registration is open at Moscone West during the following times:

Disrupt runs from September 5 -7 at Moscone West. The agenda can be filtered into 4 main components per day:

  • Showcase Stage (located in Startup Alley):

    Intimate, interactive discussions with speakers on topics taken from the audience (these sessions will not be recorded)

    TC After Party, receptions, partner parties, engaging activities

Food and beverage is available for purchase through Moscone’s on-site food kiosks. Additionally, Moscone West is surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the city. You can see a list here of nearby restaurants to plan your meal schedule and enjoy the local cuisine of San Francisco.

The Disrupt mobile app is now available to download in US-based Apple iTunes and the Google Play store.

Use the mobile app during Disrupt to:

  • View the agenda and set up reminders
  • Get important event notifications
  • Message other registered attendees
  • Watch videos of conference content

As a registered attendee, you can log-in to the app to communicate with other attendees and get access to all of the content – have your Universe registration ticket ID or Universe account log-in. Basic pass holders have limited app access that does not include videos or messaging other attendees. Disrupt attendees can book a semi-private meeting space at Disrupt to hold meetings (up to 4 people) or catch up on work. Meeting rooms can only be booked in increments of 55 minutes starting on the hour between 9:00am – 5:00pm with the last meeting start time at 4:00pm.

Investor Pass holders are eligible for up to 2 hours of free meeting space.
Insider Pass holders are eligible for up to 4 hours of free meeting space.

Since appearing on the TechCrunch Disrupt stage, Startup Battlefield alumni have collectively raised over $8 billion and seen over 100 exits. Only available to Startup Alley Pass holders on the day you are exhibiting. Badge required for entry. Located on the 1st floor at the back of the exhibit hall.

    Open to Investor Pass holders only, catchup on work or take a call in the Investor Lounge. Badge required for entry. Located on the 3rd floor.

Refund A Ticket/Pass

The last day to request Ticket/Pass refunds is July 25, 2018. All cancellation requests made after July 25 will not be refunded for any reason. You must email events@techcrunch.com on or before July 25 to request a refund.

I Want To Upgrade My Basic Pass

Please email us at events@techcrunch.com and we will be more than happy upgrade your Basic Pass at the current rate of whichever pass type you’re interested in. The Basic Pass is the most limited-access pass and does not get your entry into any main/next stage, after party, or full Disrupt App access.
