This is pretty funny. Not really funny ha ha, more funny uh oh. I’m hoping it’s just a mistake, but I also hope that Apple doesn’t file for patents so hastily that it overlooks something like this.
I’ll let the developer tell the story.
Update: Apple has responded, saying “Apple is contemplating steps to attribute the screenshot in the patent application to FutureTap.” How nice! I guess it really is easier to ask forgiveness than permission.
