In traditional form, Zynga’s founder and CEO Mark Pincus had donned a suit for his roadshow presentation to investors. As we reported this morning, Zynga has set the price range of its IPO at $8.50 and $10 per share. Offering 100 million shares, the company plans to raise as over $1 billion. The company could be valued as high as $7 billion.
