Multifunction desk accessories are truly a gift from the gods. These Gem Hsin speakers combine sexy USB speakers with a desk lamp and a two port USB powered hub. The three level LED lighting system is also powered by the USB bus, but an optional 5000mAh battery pack allows for a bit of portability. None of that really matters, though. I’d have these thing on my desk if they didn’t do a damn thing. They look that good. According to the press release the speakers are set to hit the market in Septemeber, but it doesn’t mention just what market that is being in its home country of Japan or here in the US. [gemhsin]
