Last but certainly not least in AT&T’s trio of pre-CES Android announcements: the Motorola Atrix 4G. With this thing packing a dual-core 1GHZ CPU and a whopping 1 gigabyte of RAM, they’re claiming it to be “world’s most powerful smartphone”.

Plus, it totally has a little Foleo-esque laptop dock thing!

Here’s what we know so far:

    • Dual-Core 1 GHZ CPU (Nvidia Tegra 2)
    • 1 GB of RAM
    • 16 GB of Internal Memory
    • 4 inch, QHD Display (QHD generally works out to 960×540)
    • 5 Megapixel Camera with HD video recording
    • 1930mAh battery

But perhaps the most interesting feature of all: the Atrix will be the first device to support Motorola’s new “Laptop Dock”. As the name implies, it’s a laptop.. that you dock the phone into. The device’s screen will then extend onto the Laptop Dock’s display, giving you full keyboard access and plenty of wrist-room. Lets just hoped they licensed the patent for that one..

Update: Motorola seemingly hasn’t released any proper images of the laptop dock, but here’s what we could dig up on a moment’s notice:
