AT&T doesn’t seem to have pictures of either the Shockwave or the Adrenaline dongle yet. Instead, here is a picture of Shockwave (the Transformer), and Adrenaline (the chemical structure).

AT&T might not be dishing out the high-speed HSPA+ or LTE radio waves just yet, but that doesn’t mean they won’t sell the hardware to anyone lookin’ to be future ready. This morning, ol’ Blue announced two new USB dongles with the future tech in mind: the Shockwave, and the Adrenaline.

So, besides their ridiculous names, what do these things have to offer?

The Shockwave, which’ll set you back all of nothin’ if you’re willing to sign a two-year deal, will be AT&Ts first HSPA+-friendly device once that network goes live later this year. Of course, it’ll still play friendly with their current HSPA 7.2 3G network in the meantime.

At $49.99 on a two year soul sign, the Adrenaline is a bit pricier — but that extra 50 bucks nets you a microSD slot, a GPS receiver, and the promise that it’ll play nice with AT&T’s LTE network.. eventually.
