    SpringCM, a company that provides a cloud-based enterprise content management system, has raised $15 million from Foundation Capital and North Bridge Venture Partners.

    SpringCM provides companies with a cloud-based platform for contract management, invoice automation and case management. The platform allows for the capture of electronic and paper documents, document management features, the ability to e-mail, fax and mail documents, records management, and the ability to generate reports.

    The company says that it will be using the new funding for product development.
