Bill is at it again with this Crystal-Shimmer effect. He used parallel effects to create a “symphonic sound” of multiple octaves at once based on one note on the guitar.

It’s a bit complex but there’s a full write up at EHX. You’re basically creating an organ out of a guitar, which is pretty amazing.
