Say hello to the Dell Mini 10v. It’s an awful lot like the Dell Mini 10 except that it uses an Intel Atom N270 CPU at 1.6GHz instead of an Intel Atom Z520 or Z530 CPU at 1.33GHz or 1.6GHz, repectively. Wait, there’s more!
The Mini 10v manages to shave off a few ounces of weight somehow, starting at 2.5 pounds versus the Mini 10’s 2.8-ish pound starting weight. And the 10v’s starting price is $299 as opposed to the Mini 10’s $399 starting price.
Unlike the Dell Mini 10, the 10v is only available with a 1024×576 display. The Dell 10 offers a $35 upgrade to a 1366×768 screen, which is a downright steal if you ask me.
