So let’s say that you have a RPTV that’s a little on the small size and you want a bigger picture. This chap outlines everything he did to extend the size of screen to a 100-inches. Word of warning though, this hack involves ripping apart your TV and constructing a frame to house the new screen. Also, you have to wonder how acruate the colors will be when there is a large gap between the TVs bezel and the new screen. Plus, some RPTVs might compensate for the gap and open the iris all the way causing the lamp designed for the smaller size to work overtime. And, it looks like hell.
