Toshiba is prepared to roll out their latest and greatest NAND flash chips produced with the 43-nanometer process. These 32GB drives should hit the production lines in the fourth quarter after samples are made available in September.

So if our math is right, they will work their way into your next-gen PMPs, mobile phones, and/or anything else that simply must contain that much memory sometime right before Christmas or early next year.
