Albatron multi-touch screen promises future amazingness, lots of messy screens

Sure, Windows 7 is years away and multi-touch on a monitor is kind of dumb, but that didn’t stop Albatron from dumping a 22-inch LCD with Windows 7 and multi-touch. It’s actually running Windows XP right now, but it could run Windows 7 later. TGDaily opines:

You don’t have to have supernatural powers to predict that this display may become a huge hit when Windows 7 becomes available. At this time, the display works with the current crop of Windows XP users, while Vista is the default operating system.

You also don’t have to have supernatural powers to predict this stuff will go the way of Surface, leaving expensive and resource intensive LCD plants to rot.
