The folks at XDA Devs has pulled off the soft keyboard from the HTC Diamond — the one that looks kind of like the iPhone keyboard — and has made it available to regular WinMo phones. They extracted a file that you can use on your own phone. Use at your own risk as it is fairly slow right now and may or may not work on your hardware.
