Our close personal friends at JPG Magazine are holding a photo contest for aspiring shooters. All you have to do is upload a few cool photos by December 31st and we’ll help them pick a winners from the pool. This is a great opportunity to show of your photo skillz and get a very cool quad-band camera phone with 5-megapixel camera and 3X zoom.

JPG Magazine is a community-created photography magazine, and one of the themes that will be published in issue 15 is called “Surroundings – Places that mean the most to you”, sponsored by the Samsung G800. If you submit your photos, not only do you have a chance to be published in the magazine, but with help from TechCrunch and CrunchGear we are giving away 5 new Samsung G800 camera phones with 3x optical inner zoom and 5 megapixel cameras. I know we’ve tried these contests before and you guys are traditionally “lazy” when it comes to submitting stuff, but JPG is a serious photography magazine that publishes new work and we want to impress them with some great photos from CG readers.
