Would you give your IMEI to this man?

Using what appears to be something similar to iPhoneSIMFree’s unlocking solution, Apple is now offering unlocked German iPhones for a considerable premium. German iPhone lovers — liebhaberen? — can pick up a 999 euro iPhone, give T-Mobile their IMEI, and a few hours later get a completely unlocked iPhone after syncing with iTunes. Expect a reverse-engineering and crack in a few hours.
