    Zooomr has taken its social photo sharing site offshore with the launch of a mobile Japanese language version.Japan has long been a mobile crazy nation, and today they lead the world in mobile focused apps. The Japanese mobile version of Zooomr will be available to over 50 million potential users over 3 carriers.

    In related Zooomr news, the site famously founded by the then 18 year old Kristopher Tate will launch a full API next week. As part of the launch they will also introduce InfoTags and InfoWidgets, mobile geared products that will provide an extra user functionality. Zooomr will also launch new localization features with the API release.
