MOTODEV Game Developer Challenge

Do you have what it takes to be the next big mobile game developer? You have until August 10 to try to make it big. Motorola and I-play are asking independent game developers across the world to submit their mobile game apps to the MOTODEV Game Developer Challenge. Together with Sun Microsystems and Microsoft, I-play and Motorola encourage developers to enter unpublished games in one of two categories:

“Best Java Software Game,” submitted for play on the ultra-slim Motorola MOTOKRZR K1 handset;

“Best Windows Mobile Game,” for entertainment on the powerfully functional Motorola MOTO Q family of devices.

Category winners will be announced at CTIA Wireless and IT Entertainment in October 2007. Each category grand prize winner will see their winning mobile title published by I-play, and runners-up will get to meet with the judging panel to discuss their submissions in greater depth.
