Kotaku got their hands on a HD-DVD and a few titles and apparently they’re going to way for Britney Rears 5: K-Flo Comes Home in HD-DVD before he tries it out.

This, if you didn’t notice, is the first major shot fired in the HD wars this year. The noise about the Samsung/Toshiba versions were just the coda. This is the real deal. If this takes off – and it probably will – Blu-Ray might be dust in the wind.
