This is just for fun, although it’s also a nice demonstration of multi-user Ajax. If you like the old Milton Bradley Battelship game, you’ll enjoy spending a few minutes on SinkMyShip, an online Ajax version of the game. It’s free, no registration is required (just pick a username for the session) and you can find an opponent in the game lobby. A chat function allows for constant heckling.

There’s not much to review, except to say that it works, it’s very well designed and it’s fun (compare to this javascript version of Battleship). Thanks Brian for finding this.
