Sponsorship Opportunities for Disrupt SF 2013

The conference is a highly participatory, single track program that attracts a diverse group of attendees, including top CXOs, industry influencers, VCs, startup innovators, corporate professionals and media mavens. We also live stream the conference to more than 250,000 online viewers.

We invite sponsors to partner with us on ways to promote themselves while supporting early-stage startups. Examples of sponsor achievements at SF Disrupt 2012:

  • A online food delivery service hosted the afternoon session breaks, providing food to attendees
  • A smaller division within an established enterprise company launched at Disrupt and hosted an After Party
  • An international incubator hosted eight of their startups in an International Pavilion to gain exposure
  • A leading automotive company hosted a lounge area at the conference for attendees
  • and, the list goes on!

Sponsors also exhibit products and services in our integrated demonstration area which is strategically located in key conference networking spots.


There are three tiers of sponsorship packages that can be customized to meet specific marketing objectives:

Partner Sponsors
Along with top-level positioning on all online and printed sponsor materials, our Partner Sponsors may choose from a variety of Disrupt programs exclusively tailored to fit their company or product brands. Our Partners have hosted official Disrupt after-parties (promoted on our agenda), special awards for Startup Battlefield contestants, networking receptions and Hackathon mini-events. Partners have also integrated their products with critical conference functions, such as voting technology, real-time conference back-channels, live content streaming and more! Partners receive 2 tickets to our VIP dinner as well as a block of 8 full conference passes.

Product Sponsors
Lauded as one of the best places to network and gain industry recognition, we help companies leverage the TechCrunch Disrupt platform to connect with key conference participants and press. Along with special representation in our demonstration area, we will help showcase products in custom conference programs and create online and on-site product campaigns. Product Sponsors receive 1 ticket to our VIP dinner as well as a block of 6 full conference passes.

Exhibitor Sponsors
TechCrunch Disrupt is about integrating companies with the event experience — instead of creating stand-alone exhibition space, we incorporate demo areas in with the main traffic flow of the conference which is accessible to all attendees. We provide the tables, signage, power and Internet connectivity; Exhibitors only need bring a sizzling product and unbridled enthusiasm! Sponsors may also use the space as a meet and greet area. Exhibitors receive a block of 4 full conference passes. To qualify, startups must be under 5 years old and with less than $5M in funding.
