Lengow launches TagCapsule, a universal tracker for online shops

Lengow offers an interface for online shops helping to centralize, optimize and control the publication of product catalogues. The Nantes-based company backed by Kima Ventures officially launched in the UK and Germany in November and is now announcing the launch of a new universal tracker: TagCapsule.

TagCapsule allows e-merchants to use a single tag, encapsulating all partner and analytic tags into one. E-merchants and retailers can therefore choose to display Google Analytics, Xiti, Shopping.com or TradeDoubler trackers via one simple tag. TagCapsule was officially launched last week, offering a selection of 10 different trackers. The product is still in beta and will be offered free of charge to all e-merchants currently using Lengow’s platform.

In France, Lengow’s competition includes the likes of Beezup and Iziflux. The company launched in 2009 has over 300 merchants across 3 countries using its solutions. It should also be lanching some new features in the upcoming weeks, expanding the service which creates optimized feeds for more than 140 price comparison sites across Europe.
