The iPad 2 is hitting various international markets on Friday, March 25th. This includes Canada where the boys in blue will be hawking the iPad 2 at a first come, first serve basis. (read: no pre-orders) The word comes by way of 9to5mac. Apparently the retailer expects lines and much like how many stores handled the iPad 2 launch in the US, customers in line will be given tickets that signifies their place in line. The word on the street is that the iPad 2’s supply is limited because of the Japan quake so you better call into work and camp out your local store if you really must have the iPad 2 on launch day. The second round might be weeks out.
