I never though about it before, but Apple doesn’t have a store in Brooklyn. Considering how popular Brooklyn is and the amount of Apple users you can find anywhere you look, it would be a perfect match for the company. Now, in a move that is sure to please Brooklynites, the NY Post is reporting that the Madison Retail Group is trying to get a space in a brand new condo building for an Apple store.
Where’s the store going to be located? Well, it’s in Brooklyn and I’m sure if I gave you a brightly colored t-shirt, told you not to wear a condom and listen to some terrible band, you’d take a blind guess that it was Williamsburg. ::taps nose::
There’s also supposed to be some store opening in Washington D.C., near Georgetown. Not many details are available other than speculation, so I’ll wait until more information comes out of the woodwork.
