Dell "Launches" Precision M6300 Desktop Replacement

dell This is a bit odd. In a press release today, Dell announced the availability of its new Precision M6300 notebook but I’ll be damned if you’re able to actually view the product page or purchase the thing. Sure, you can go to the Precision overview page and see a photo of it, but that’s about all.

If not being able to purchase it doesn’t matter to you, this desktop replacement comes with a 64-bit Intel Core Duo or Extreme processor running up to 2.8GHZ, NVIDIA Quadro FX1600M graphics chip, 17-inch widescreen LCD, 802.11n wireless, and the option to use a solid state drive. I’d assume that the base configuration would be around $2000 or so and that the weight of the notebook might be a bit on the heavy side.
