Although dockless scooters first hit the streets of the U.S., there’s plenty of scooter activity going on abroad. And thanks to different regulatory landscapes and players, the state of scooters looks different depending on where you are. Scooters have really taken off in Europe, with a number of players operating across the continent, as well as in South America. Meanwhile, scooters have made their way to Africa but it has yet to really take off.
