The timing seems off for the launch of the HTC One M9 after their launch at MWC. Little was upgraded but many HTC phone fans loved everything about the M8. With the premium builds of the Samsung Galaxy line coming out nearly the same week, will consumers be tempted by the new kids on the block or the proven One M9?
