Hilary Gosher — Managing Director, Insight Partners

Hilary Gosher is a Managing Director at Insight Partners — leading Onsite, the firm’s growth-focused operators who accelerate scale at portfolio companies. Hilary is a Board member at Clarify Health, Alma, and the National Venture Capital Association. Prior boards include 6 IPOs (Alteryx, Cvent, Delivery Hero, Mimecast, Medidata Solutions, Shutterstock) and 14 strategic exits. Hilary sits on the Investment Committee for Vision Capital 2020, a fund for emerging and diverse GPs started by Insight Partners. Until 2019 she was an Adjunct Associate Professor in Tech Entrepreneurship at Columbia University’s SIPA and prior to that at NYU’s Stern School of Business. She has served on the Executive Advisory Board of TechWeek NYC, which fosters New York’s evolving tech community. She was a co-founder of Declare, a firm dedicated to developing women business leaders.

Melissa Puls — SVP and Chief Marketing Officer, Ivanti

Melissa is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Ivanti and is responsible for Ivanti’s global marketing and ensuring the Ivanti purpose-driven brand is recognized and understood internally and externally. Melissa brings decades of experience to Ivanti with a strong track record of fueling growth through a customer-centric approach and integrating marketing strategies for acquired companies. She was most recently senior vice president and CMO at Avid. Prior to this role, Melissa also held CMO and marketing leadership positions with Optanix, Progress, Iron Mountain and Infor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and psychology from Franklin Pierce University.

Tim Sanders — VP of Customer Insights, Upwork
