Patrick Jones is Head of Partnerships and Ecosystem for Capital Connect by J.P. Morgan, a digital platform where private companies and investors can network, access proprietary benchmarking data, raise capital and manage their cap table. Jones began his career as a consultant and strategic advisor to private equity and venture investors. Prior to his current role, he ran various innovation and FinTech initiatives for J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank, including the foundational work that led to the creation of Capital Connect.

Olga Polunina | Executive Director, Private Capital Markets, Capital Connect by J.P. Morgan

Olga Polunina — a senior member of the Private Capital Markets team at J.P. Morgan — is based in New York. Her career spans Private Capital Markets, Investment Banking Coverage and Equity Capital Markets in London and New York, and she has worked on over $100 billion in transactions including a number of landmark deals in the industry. Polunina started her career in Morgan Stanley’s Equity Capital Markets team and has been with J.P. Morgan since 2010. She holds an MA(Hons) in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
