TechCrunch Disrupt will be hosted on Hopin. Once the platform is live, you will be granted access to set up your booth before the event.

TechCrunch will be hosting an AMA event on Sept 4 (recording here) and Sept 11 through Zoom to walk you through the virtual venue and answer any questions you may have in regards to setting up a booth.
Hopin will open at 8am PT on September 13th.

Event hours: 9:00am – 1:30pm PT (Mon-Thurs), 9:00am – 1:00pm PT (Friday)

Please complete the typeform found here to start the process of creating your virtual booth. Please note that the items you provide here will be used for the initial build of your booth, but you will have the opportunity via a link from Hopin to access your booth’s backend and make modifications prior to and during the event. Please note that your registration email will be the email used to link you to your virtual booth.

CrunchMatch (powered by GRIP), is TechCrunch’s free business match-making service that helps you find and connect with people based on specific mutual criteria, goals and interests. CrunchMatch is available to all attendees at Disrupt 2020. Whether you want to network with founders, investors, technologists, researchers or engineering students, the platform’s combination of curation and automation will help you make the most of your limited time. When CrunchMatch goes live, a sign-up link will be sent via email to all ticket holders. Fill out your profile with the pertinent details — your role (technologist, founder, investor, etc.) and who you want to connect with at the event. CrunchMatch will make meet-up suggestions, which you can approve or decline.

We’re excited that you will be joining us at our first all virtual Disrupt 2020. We have developed a custom media kit for you to be able to promote your participation at Disrupt to your customers and followers which includes a substantial discount for them to watch your session at the event.
We will have our design team build out promotional materials based on the channels you’d like to use whether that be via social channels, emails, or newsletters – simply fill out this form and we’ll create and send you materials within 3 business days to make it easy for you to deploy to your audiences.
