What is the refund / transfer policy for Disrupt SF passes?

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE but you can transfer your pass to another person up until September 27 before the event by following these instructions.

Will you be serving food at Disrupt SF?

There will be several vendors located at the Moscone Center with food and drinks available for purchase. There are also a multitude of restaurants within a 2 block radius of the Moscone Center. You can find a partial list here.

How can I use my device to make my Disrupt experience more full?

The Disrupt Mobile App is your guide to the event right in your pocket.

  • The app which will provide a list of all companies/exhibitors
  • Innovator passes and above can also get access to attendee list and ability to communicate with other attendees
  • The mobile app features attendees name, info, and more along with information about startup alley companies and sponsors

The Disrupt Mobile app will launch and be available for attendees to begin networking in mid-September

What is CrunchMatch?

CrunchMatch is our exclusive in-conference platform hosted by Brella.io which allows founders and investors attending the conference to request meetings with one another, schedules a date/time and assigns a specific table at the event for them to meet within the CrunchMatch area on the Expo floor at the event.

CrunchMatch will be accessible through the Disrupt App when it launches mid-September.

Venue Info & Directions

The Moscone Center is extremely central to the heart of San Francisco.

Easily accessible by the underground BART transit or MUNI metro, riders can disembark at the Powell Street Station and walk 5 minutes to the entrance with Moscone North on your left as you approach from Howard street. More specific information about the venue, including parking and traffic alerts can be found here.
