Sponsorship Guide

All attendees from your organization will register on Universe via a unique link that will be emailed to the sponsor contact 4- 6 weeks before the event. Please refer to your contract for the number and types of passes allotted. All registrations must be submitted NO LATER than Wednesday September 25th.

Name changes. If you need to make changes to a badge, follow these directions. Name changes can only be made until 5pm on the day before the event.

Oct 2 – Moscone North | 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Please bring your ticket and a government-issued photo ID to pick up your badge. Name on badge/ticket must match the name ID.

CATERING

No outside food or drink is allowed at the Moscone Center. All Catering orders must be made through the exclusive catering company, Savor. You may place orders directly with Savor and here is the 2019 Savor Catering Menu.

LEAD RETRIEVAL

All exhibiting sponsors of Disrupt SF will be granted lead retrieval access. Your company primary contact will receive email instructions on Boomset, our lead retrieval partner. 

WIFI

wifi is gratis. Should you need a hardline or other telecommunication services, Moscone Center’s order form is in Exhibitor Services Kit

AV RENTALS

Sponsors may rent AV equipment from Projection, the exclusive AV vendor with order form in Exhibitor Service Kit

ELECTRICAL

For power needs, Hughston is our electrical service provider. You can find order information in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Note power is not included with your sponsorship.

What is CrunchMatch?

CrunchMatch is the exclusive in-conference platform hosted by Brella.io which allows founders and investors attending the conference to request meetings with one another, schedules a date/time and assigns a specific table at the event for them to meet within the CrunchMatch area on the Expo floor at the event.

CrunchMatch will be accessible through the Disrupt App when it launches mid-September.
