Pass purchases cancelled by October 24, 2018 are subject to a €250 cancellation handling fee. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org on or before this date to request a refund. Passes cancelled October 25, 2018 and later are not eligible for a refund for any reason although you can transfer the pass to someone else prior to November 28 by following these instructions – https://universe.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2396763-how-to-transfer-a-ticket. Lost name badges at the conference are subject to a €75 replacement fee.
Yes, you can request to pay for your passes to Disrupt Berlin via check or a wire payment. Fill out the form below and you will receive an invoice within 3-4 business days for you to remit upon. Once the payment has been confirmed as received by our accounts payable department, you will be issued a link to register for the event. INVOICE REQUESTS ARE NOW CLOSED – If you would like to attend the event, you must purchase with a credit card on the website.
All requests must be received before 14 November and all wire or check payments must be received by our AP PRIOR to 26 November for Disrupt Berlin. Please make sure your payments are expedited accordingly as all payments must be confirmed as received by our accounting team BEFORE registration links will be issued.
Food is not included in the pass price but there will be refreshments available for purchase from one of our food truck vendors located outside to the left of the Main Stage.
