Senior Director, Membership

Travis Bernard is a Senior Director at TechCrunch, focusing on membership products. Travis has been with the AOL and TechCrunch family since 2013. He started as an audience development manager consulting all AOL media brands, and was later put in charge of audience growth efforts at TechCrunch. In 2019, Travis was promoted from Director of Audience Development to Senior Director of Membership, and he was tasked with launching the first membership product for TechCrunch. He is now focused on scaling the membership business.

Prior to joining AOL and TechCrunch, Travis worked on the agency side of marketing and advertising with LM&O and New Media Strategies (now Meredith Xcelerated Marketing) in Arlington, VA.

Travis is originally from Maryland, and he graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
