NASA is launching its Orion rocket today, in a test that helps pave the way for a manned mission to Mars that should take place some time in the 2030s. The launch was set for earlier this morning, but now it’s scheduled for 7:55 AM ET after a couple of delays, and the launch window extends to 9:44 AM ET in case it’s delayed even further, so watch live above for updates.

Update: NASA has once again had to delay the launch because of wind speed, so if you’re just tuning in you’re lucky in that it’s postponed once again. The launch could occur any time up until 9:55 AM ET.
