This is Ben Heck’s newest creation, a “ruggedized” PS3. Why would you need such a PS3? Well, Mr. Heck[endorn] created it for some folks who are currently serving in Afghanistan. That’s not exactly an easy place to be when you’re trying to play Gran Turismo.
Ben Heck has a full-blown show on Revision 3 these days, and the episode showing the contraction of the rugged PS3 is now online for your viewing pleasure. It’s just under 20 minutes long, so if you’ve got a few minutes to kill!
The show is pretty great, actually. I usually have *zero* patience for fun/silly videos, but this is definitely worth the time investment. It’s sorta like Mythbusters, and who doesn’t like that show?
