This is the Acer Aspire One D255. It’s a netbook—they still make those?—that runs both Windows XP and Android. Handy if you need it, I suppose.
Besides the dual boot, there doesn’t seem to be too much going on here; it’s a pretty standard netbook. You’ve got an Intel Atom N450, a battery that lasts four hours or so, and so on.
One minor detail: it doesn’t appear to be available outside of Taiwan.
