[France] French startup Silentale, which we reviewed at its launch in September, has added LinkedIn Contacts for users of its service which effectively backs up all your messaging in several platforms, including SMS.
Users can now see their contacts’ LinkedIn profiles next to their email addresses, phone numbers, Facebook and Twitter profiles, in a unified and constantly updated view. This also lets you find and review any messages you may have exchanged with your LinkedIn contacts on other channels.
Apparently this was the No. 1 requested feature from users so far, even in front of Facebook Messages.
This was obviously made possible by the recently launched LinkedIn API.
