Anybody sittin’ on their edge of their seats for the very-recently confirmed Battlestar Galactica prequel just had a few more weeks tacked on to their wait. During the NVISION08 Conference keynote here in San Jose, Nvidia CEO Jen-Hsun Huang welcomed ol’ Number Six (Tricia Helfer) on stage, and she let slip a bit of bad news.
After showing off various visual trickery used in the series, she mentioned that filming for the movie (which was previously believed to have begun in the middle of August) wouldn’t begin until some time next month. BSG fans have been waiting a while for this one — a few more weeks probably won’t drive ’em too crazy.
