Utterz pitches service to Europe

Wht-Utterz-Med
Utterz, a US-based site that you post to your blog or social network with voice, video, picture, and text, has launched a version of the site for the UK and across 16 other countries. The site is also launching ‘conversational threading’ capabilities, which lets people reply to Utterz with messages of any combination of voice, video, picture and text. Users either record a voice message to send to their Utterz profile, or send an SMS or MMS or via an email client on a mobile, or they record it via a PC webcam or microphone. The service reminds me a bit of Seesmic which is still in Alpha.
Utterz represents a new wave of conversational applications like Twitter, but in the future I can see people creating a conversation in text, having a reply sent via video and then another reply back sent via voice or text, or indeed any combination depending on the user. There is more on Utterz on TechCrunch US.
