Pioneer looses two slim DVD players

Product Name: DV-310 and DV-410V

Description: Pioneer’s latest slim DVD players, DV-310 and DV-410v, are said to enhance the performance of the following media formats: DVD-R/RW, +R/RW, CD-R/RW, SVCD and VCD. Along with enhanced performance of said media formats, both players provide playback fo WMA and MP3 compressed audio files from discs or USB jump drives. They’re also DiVX certified. The two new DVD players use Pioneer’s PureCinema 2:3 progressive scan tech for unadulterated picture quality. In terms of audio, the players provide Dolby Digital and DTS decoding for 5.1 surround sound.

The 410v has HDMI allowing for video upscaling to 1080p. Both players, however, have a USB port on the front for your added convenience.

Price: DV-310 is $69 and the DV-410v is $99

In-store date: DV-310 ships in May and the DV-410v ships in June.
