Nominate your favorite gear for the 2007 Crunchie Awards!

Just a reminder, the Mothership is closing nominations for the inaugural 2007 Crunchie awards, like, soon, midnight tomorrow (Wednesday, December 12) night. One of the categories is gadgets, and while we’re nominating our own, you, the reader, are free, as well as encouraged, to do the same.

What piece of hardware has caught your attention this year? What’s the most innovative thing you’ve seen? And don’t be lazy and say the iPhone, let’s get creative.

Of course, you’re free to nominate anything you’d like, and you’re more than welcome to nominate anything for any of the other categories if you feel the urge. And we say go nuts, awards are always fun, and you can help your favorite product, site or service get a boost that comes only with a prestigious webbadge.

The Crunchies is a joint decoration from the TechCrunch network along with GigaOm, Read/WriteWeb, VentureBeat. After tomorrow night, there will be voting rounds over at https://crunchies.beta.techcrunch.com/, with an awards ceremony on January 18 in San Francisco. Details at the link above.
