We love slipups and early product news obviously, so we almost pissed ourselves with glee when we heard that a new Nike product had been leaked. This one is better than yesterday’s rubbish and is wearable on your wrist instead of your back. The 2007 Men’s Health guide lets it slip that the Nike Amp+ is on its way. From the article:

It syncs up with the Nike+iPod running system via Bluetooth wireless connection, displaying information on an illuminated LED readout hidden beneath the matte-finish face of the bracelet. Just stash your iPod in your pocket—no more fiddling with the sweat-slicked dial.
Aw shit, that sounds sick! The price may be a little high for some at $80, but the awesomeness of having your iPod synced up with your wrist and feet is pretty enticing to be quite honest. I for one would love to be able to use my iPod Nano with a wristwatch-like device so I don’t accidentally drop it when I go for a bike ride. No release date has been set but don’t be surprised if you see this in late December or January.
