The Electronic Entertainment Expo 2014, also known as E3 2014, was the 20th Electronic Entertainment Expo Event, an annual trade show for the video game industry presented by the Entertainment Software Association. In June 2014, the event was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, Calif.
E3 is an opportunity for video game publishers and accessory manufacturers to show off their upcoming games and game-related merchandise. It is an exclusive, industry-only event, offering both exhibition booths to showcase products and meeting rooms for conducting business and press.
Exhibitors included Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony Computer Entertainment, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, Activision Blizzard, Warner Bros, Zynga, Natsume, 2K, Aksys Games, and many others. Notable titles that appeared at E3 2014 include Grand Theft Auto V, FIFA 15, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel!, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Halo 5: Guardians, Assassin’s Creed Unity, The Legend of Zelda, and many others.
