CES 2014

CES 2014, was the 47th annual international electronics and technology trade show, an event that attracts major companies and industry professionals.

At the January 2014 show, the first Li-Fi smartphone prototype, using SunPartner’s Wysips CONNECT, was presented. In addition, LG debuted its new 77-inch curved OLED Ultra HD TV, and Samsung unveiled its curved TVs with two series of concave TVs. ProtectCELL showcased its comprehensive mobile protection plan for all major devices including the iPhone 5S and 5C, iPad Air and mini, and Galaxy S4. Laser diodes to be used to high beam highlights in Audi vehicles were also unveiled at CES 2014. Finally, CES 2014 featured a keynote address from Intel CEO, Brain Krzanich, who highlighted three areas in which technology can improve: living, working, and playing.
