Google Ad Chief Tim Armstrong Replaces Randy Falco As Chairman And CEO Of AOL

Breaking: AOL has named a new CEO and chairman. Tim Armstrong, who headed up ad sales in North America for Google, will replace Randy Falco as chairman and CEO.
